I have always been drumming on something for as far as I can remember. My mom would tell me stories of me using kitchen utensils to drum on pots and pans. I started playing percussion in the fifth grade in an organized school wind band, and I stuck with that throughout grade school. Although I didn’t start in music at LSU, I finally found my niche and I couldn’t be happier.
